The Myth of the Eight Hour Sleep

If nothing else, this article can help ease the stress of insomnia. I’m learning to listen to my body: eat when I’m hungry, not eating when I’m not hungry, sleeping when I’m tired and not freaking out when I’m not sleeping but thinking that I should be. The eilmininiton of stress factors is huge to a better frame of mind, productivity and, yes, even better sleep when I am tired 🙂
